Hi, my name is Cody Ehret. I’m a Realtor who lives in and proudly serves the Princeton, Texas area. I’d like to briefly introduce myself and then share two reasons why I love real estate.
Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. My grandparents were residential real estate investors in San Diego, where they built a successful portfolio that I began to help manage before they passed. My father was a general contractor who built many of the homes my siblings and I grew up in. Through them, I developed a deep appreciation for real estate. I have carried on the love my grandparents and father had for real estate. I regularly buy properties, fix them up, and rent them out (if the numbers make sense!).
